Who handles your information

Break the Pattern Recovery is a one person coaching service. I handle enquiries myself. To ask about your information, use the enquiry form and write “Privacy question” in the note.

What I receive and why

The form asks how you would like a reply, your email address or phone number, and any first name, availability or short note you choose to give. I use these details to respond, arrange a free introductory call and decide with you whether coaching is suitable. This is to take steps you request before deciding whether to work together.

An enquiry about this service may be sensitive. Please keep your note brief and do not include explicit descriptions or detailed personal history. Before we discuss or record sensitive information during coaching, I will explain how I handle it and discuss confidentiality with you.

Where it goes

Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions. It sends a notification with the form details to my private email inbox. I do not use enquiries for marketing or sell them. I may share information where there is a serious safeguarding concern, an immediate risk of harm or a legal requirement, sharing only what is necessary.

How long I keep it

I normally delete enquiries that do not lead to coaching within six months. This includes removing the form submission from Netlify and the email copy from my inbox. If we work together, I will explain how coaching records and payments are handled before sessions begin.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information I hold about you, and to restrict or object to its use where those rights apply. Use the enquiry form and write “Privacy question” in the note. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
